Our guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with Gluco Extend for any reason, you may request a full refund of your purchase price within 180 days of the original order date. This applies to all package sizes — 1 bottle, 3 bottles, and 6 bottles.

How to request a refund

To start a refund:

1. Email support@renewproducts.zendesk.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Customer support will reply within one business day with return instructions and an authorization number.
3. Return any remaining product (full and empty bottles) to the address provided.
4. Once received, your refund is processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

What is included

Your refund covers the full purchase price of Gluco Extend. Original shipping costs are refundable when applicable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Conditions

The 180-day window begins on the date of your original order. Refunds are processed by ClickBank, our retail partner, in accordance with their published return guidelines.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrived damaged or contains the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any shipping costs.
